Minimum Orders
We recommend purchasing in lots of three to optimise packaging and transport costs.
Wholesale
Wholesale pricing is available when 12 or more units are purchased in a single order. Restaurant packs are also available. Please contact us direct for more information on wholesale pricing.
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to the order being despatched. La Casa Toscana will accept payment by cheque, direct credit to our bank account. We will contact you when you place an order to confirm the total payable and advise payment alternatives. If you prefer to pay by cheque an invoice will be emailed to you on request. The goods will then be despatched once payment has been received into our account .
Delivery
La Casa Toscana orders are carefully packed for safe transport. Should you feel our product has not arrived in acceptable condition, our 7 day warranty will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to products that are delivered to an incorrect address.
The following packaging / delivery fees apply:

| Christchurch | Generally free, but urgent $10.00 |
| South Island | $5.00 |
The packaging/deivery fees cover all items of one shipment to a single address up to six bottles at a time. There is a slight fee for rural delivery in addition.
Warranty
In the rare instance you find defects in your product or the product is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days .
We will then arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. If replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.
